At SP Group I led OKR-driven reporting frameworks for C-level and board stakeholders, launched AI agents with measurable accuracy targets, and rebuilt enterprise CX platforms anchored to data. At PropertyGuru, I drove product strategy across four markets using hypothesis testing, funnel analytics, and user research to achieve 48.65% YOY revenue growth. At Commonwealth Bank, I applied quantitative modelling to validate market entry and product conversion in emerging Asian markets.

I also serve as a speaker in the Chief Data & Analytics Officer (CDAO) Singapore community, bringing practitioner perspective to data governance, AI adoption, and analytics culture in large organisations.
